Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions govern your use of this website and of the services offered through it. The website and the CoreAI brand are operated by GEKKOLABS S.A.S., a company based in Montevideo, Uruguay ("CoreAI", "we", "us").

By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use it.

CoreAI is a software agency: we build software with AI agents. Through this website you can learn about our work, request an estimate for a project, schedule a meeting with our team, subscribe to our updates and, if you have an account, sign in to the CoreAI platform.

Estimates, screen renders and other content generated on the website are prepared automatically, with AI, from the information you provide. They are indicative, may contain errors and are not a binding offer. A project starts only when you and we sign a written agreement, such as a statement of work; for the services it covers, that agreement prevails over these terms.

You agree to use the website lawfully and to give us accurate information. You must not:

• access, or try to access, accounts, areas or data you are not authorized to use;
• interfere with the security or operation of the website, including its bot protection and usage limits;
• send automated requests in bulk or copy the website with scrapers;
• submit content that is unlawful or that infringes the rights of others.

If you sign in, you are responsible for keeping access to your email or sign-in account secure and for the activity under your account. We may suspend access to anyone who breaches these terms.

You keep ownership of what you send us: the description of your project, the documents you upload and your messages. You allow us to use them only to evaluate your request, prepare your estimate and get back to you, as our Privacy policy explains. Do not send information you are not entitled to share.

The website, its design, text, graphics and logos, and the CoreAI brand belong to GEKKOLABS S.A.S. or to its licensors, and are protected by law. You may view and share its pages, but you may not copy, modify or reuse them for any other purpose without our written permission. Ownership of the software we build for a client is set by the agreement signed for that project.

Some features of the website rely on services run by third parties, such as signing in with Google or Microsoft or meeting on Google Meet, and the website may link to other sites. Your use of third-party platforms is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

The website and its content are provided "as is", for information. We work to keep them accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that they will be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the website.

Nothing in these terms limits a liability or a right that cannot be limited under Uruguayan law, including your rights as a consumer under Law 17.250.

We may update these terms from time to time, for example when we add features to the website. We will post the new version on this page and update its "Last updated" date. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay. Any dispute arising from them or from the use of the website will be submitted to the competent courts of the city of Montevideo, Uruguay.
